| 1. | The promotion Period is from August 1 to November 30, 2011 (both days included). All Lucky Draw entries submission must be completed in full and made in the manner specified by the closing date. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. |
| 2. | All Lucky Draw entries must be received before 23:59 hours on November 30, 2011. |
| 3. | MNC reserves the right to disqualify all entries that do not meet the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw. These include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information. |
| 1. | MNC may at its sole discretion substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value (in kind) selected by it without prior notice. Unless otherwise indicated by MNC, all prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or for any other item. |
| 2. | The Lucky Draw results will be published in http://www.facebook.com/bloomingcare from Dec 15, 2011 onwards. Winners will also be notified by email and SMS individually within one week after the drawing date. MNC reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit. |
| 3. | Lucky Draws winners are required to respond within three weeks from notification date in order to be eligible winners. Winners that do not respond will be forfeited. |
| 4. | Winner who submitted their applications on-line will be required to show proof of their purchase of Bloomingcare Fibre products by presenting 2 valid "Bloomingcare Lucky Draw Stickers" before entitled to collect their prizes. |
| 5. | Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by MNC for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. |
| 6. | MNC decisions on all matters relating to this Lucky Draw will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these terms and conditions will prevail. |
| 7. | MNC reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Draw or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any person, the bases and methods of identification of winners and the dates of the Draw |
